May 15, 2020: FSHN Assistant Professor Greg Curtzwiler chaired a virtual conference on plastic food packaging. The talk was recorded and is available here. The speakers, including FSHN Associate Professor Keith Vorst, were a mix of academia and industry from around the world, which provided an interesting perspective on cutting edge technologies.
